Invite Joy is a digital invitation creation and sharing platform. You can create, customise, and share event invitations with guests via a unique link.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of all photos and text you upload to Invite Joy. By uploading content, you grant Invite Joy a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating your invitations.
You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
You may not use Invite Joy to send spam, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service or harms other users.
We aim to keep Invite Joy available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Invite Joy is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Invite Joy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
